Ms. Mercado is an associate lawyer engaged in litigation in diverse areas of law, including civil, criminal, labor, and corporate law. She is experienced in drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, affidavits, and legal memoranda, as well as in representing clients in court hearings, mediation conferences, and proceedings before various government agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mercado gained valuable legal experience as a legal associate at an IT company. Building on her previous experience, she took part in the improvement of contract management processes, data privacy initiatives, regulatory compliance, and other related legal matters.

Aside from being a lawyer, Ms. Mercado is also a licensed pharmacist, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Centro Escolar University. Her earlier pharmaceutical practice includes involvement in pharmaceutical quality assurance and a public health program under a non-government organization.

Ms. Mercado earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2024 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
