With immense pride and profound humility, the Firm is happy to announce the appointment of our Managing Partner, Atty. Ramon Quintin Claudio “Quincy” C. Allado, as Undersecretary of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

We thank President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and Secretary Jose Ramon “Ping” Aliling for the trust and confidence they have reposed on our Atty. Quincy.

Quincy brings with him the wealth and breadth of his more than twenty (20) years of law practice to the DHSUD, as well as the honor, excellence, and integrity which he has displayed throughout his personal and professional life.

In this regard, and pursuant to Section 27 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability, Atty. Allado has withdrawn from the Firm. In his temporary absence, the leadership of the Firm will devolve upon the able hands of Atty. Arthur Imanuel “Thur” N. Zapanta, who will take over the reins as Managing Partner.

The Firm is committed to ensuring that all pending cases handled by Atty. Allado will be treated with the same care and dedication by our partners, associates, and non-legal staff, and we shall personally communicate with all of our clients to ensure a smooth transition.
