RAMON QUINTIN CLAUDIO C. ALLADO
Mr. Allado is managing partner of the Firm. He is primarily involved in criminal, civil, commercial, administrative, and appellate litigation. In his fifteen years of legal practice, Mr. Allado has appeared before various government agencies and instrumentalities such as the Office of the President, Department of Justice, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Labor and Employment, National Labor Relations Commission, National Conciliation and Mediation Board, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, Intellectual Property Office, and the Civil Service Commission, among others. He has likewise appeared before all levels of trial courts, as well as the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
Mr. Allado has relevant experience in various aspects of labor law practice, including labor relations, collective bargaining, labor disputes, labor standards, employee discipline, illegal dismissal and money claims, as well as the drafting of company policies, rules, regulations, and manuals.
Mr. Allado is also engaged in the setting up and registration of corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships, as well as the processing and maintenance of all permits, licenses and other regulatory requirements necessary for their operation.
He is also actively engaged in Immigration practice, handling deportation cases, as well as the processing of visa applications before the Bureau of Immigration and work permits at the Department of Labor and Employment for foreign workers.
A veteran lawyer with a wealth of experience, Mr. Allado provides general counseling and advice to the clients of the Firm on all matters relating to his areas of expertise.
Mr. Allado is currently a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law, where he teaches Torts and Damages, Credit Transactions, as well as Agency and Partnerships.
Mr. Allado was previously a partner at the Nograles Law Offices, Allado Marasigan Law Partnership, and the De Borja Marasigan and Allado Law Partnership. He began his career as an associate in the Fortun Narvasa and Salazar Law Office and thereafter the De Borja Medialdea Bello Guevara & Gerodias Law Partnership. He has likewise served as a consultant to the House of Representatives – Committee on Appropriations.
Mr. Allado graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management, Minor in Japanese Studies. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (now Juris Doctor) degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, where he was a member of the Student Editorial Board of the Philippine Law Journal and Illustrious Fellow of the Upsilon Sigma Phi Fraternity. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005.
